“Painted on Water” is a fusion of World Music with Jazz/Blues influences. Sertab Erener whose musical career spans 15 years, was highlighted as a Eurovision 2003 winner, in collaboration with world renowned composer/guitarist/arranger/singer, Demir Demirkan. The album title implies the Turkish art form, “Ebru”. The music is the re-discovery of Anatolian Classical Folk songs through modern instrumentation and arrangements. Experience the international contemporary style of “Painted on Water” performed by two of Turkey’s most respected and revered artists, Sertab Erener and Demir Demirkan.

Toubab Krewe has set "a new standard for fusion of rock 'n' roll and West African music" (Afropop Worldwide). The band developed their unique sound over the course of extended trips to Mali, Guinea and Ivory Coast. Their showcase will feature traditional West African songs and instruments such as the kora, kamel ngoni and djembe, as well as original tunes that display their diverse Americana influences, from surf to zydeco.

Far-ranging cultural/social initiative led by top Jewish rock artist Rick Recht. This inspiring project and lively concert leverages the power and allure of pop/rock music to bring together, inspire and educate young people about dismantling prejudice and bias in their communities. Advance visits train youths and rehearse local multi-faith choirs - who then perform alongside the rockin’, soulful band. Local clergy and community leaders can be featured in nicely scripted readings of inspirational words of Dr. King, Ghandi, Nelson Mandela, Elie Wiesel, Mother Teresa and others.
